“Ey insanlar! Şüphesiz Allah’ın vaadi gerçektir. Sakın dünya hayatı sizi aldatmasın! Sakın çok aldatıcı (şeytan ve şeytan gibiler), Allah’la sizi aldatmasın!” Fatır, 35/5

“Onlar yeminlerini kalkan olarak kullanıp (insanları) Allah’ın dininden alıkoydular. Bunun için onlara alçaltıcı bir azap vardır.” Mücadele, 58/16.

Bu tespitten sonra İslam tarihindeki kırılma ve o kırılma ile sağ tarafa dikkatin niçin daha önemli olduğuna dair tespitimize gelelim.

İslam tarihinde Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v)’in 23 yıl boyunca Kuran rehberliğinde kurduğu sisteme en büyük zararı veren Muaviye bin Ebu Süfyan’dır.

Meşru halife Hz. Ali (r.a.)’ye karşı önce Hz. Osman (r.a.)’ın kanlı gömleğini; sonrasında Sıffin’de yenileceğini anlayınca Kuran sahifelerini mızrakların ucuna takarak bir kalkan gibi (Mücadele, 58/16) kullanan Muaviye bin Ebu Süfyan’dır.

Arkasında Hz. Hasan (r.a.) ile imza altına aldığı antlaşmayı da ihlal ederek İslam tarihinde bana göre en büyük bidat olan saltanatı monte etmiştir.

Muaviye bin Ebu Süfyan o zaman ki kendisi dışında 3 kişiyi de yanına çekerek arabın en zeki insanlarını ekibine katarak; “demagoji ve cerbeze ile” Kuran’ı/Dini siyasete alet/kalkan etmenin ilk tohumlarını atmıştır.

O bıraktığı ve kurumsallaştırdığı bu kirli miras ile; dikkatle hareket etmeyen inananların sağ tarafların zayıf kalmasına neden olmuştur.

O günden bugüne Müslümanlar’ın sağ tarafları en zayıf ve sürekli şeytandan gol yedikleri taraflarıdır.

Said Nursi’nin Derviş Vahdeti ve taraftarları için kurduğu cümlede geçtiği gibidir çoğu Müslümanlar:

“Dinde hassas muhakeme-i akliyede zayıf.”

Şeytan, Muaviye bin Ebu Süfyan eli ile gerçekleştirdiği bu tarihi başarısını asırlardır tekrar ederek Müslümanların sağına sağına yumruk atmaya ve onları en zayıf taraflarından dövmeye devam etmektedir.

Müslüman altı taraftan gelen şeytan ve dostlarının hilelerine karşı Kuran rehberliğinde bütün taraflarını güçlendirmeli ancak; özellikle sağına daha çok dikkat etmelidir.

Çünkü şeytanın o taraftan çalışılmış çok gol alternatifleri var.

Özellikle “Muaviyeleşme” virüsünden uzak durmalıdır.

While Dribbling the Ball: Goals the Devil Scores Against Believers from the Right Flank

It is an absolute rule.

In life, you suffer the most devastating blow from the very flank where you feel most secure.

During the World Cup, our National Team fell victim to the Devil's most famous trick in the matches against Australia and Paraguay.

Our players became hypnotized—lulled into a stupor by the sheer pleasure and intoxicating allure of possessing and circulating the ball (which their opponents had essentially handed to them)—and consequently conceded goals.

This is the Devil's most effective tactic, one he will employ against believers until the Day of Judgment.

He allows you to circulate the ball and maintain possession (much like how he encourages you to perform abundant personal acts of worship and good deeds), and while you are lulled by that pleasure and your ego is becoming inflated, he scores a goal against you from the right flank—striking through the neglect of *salihat* (acts of worship directed toward others, or the rights of fellow created beings).

In this regard, the most vulnerable point for believers is their "right side"—the very area where the Devil constantly focuses his efforts.

While they tightly guard their left side, their right side remains as exposed as the tomb of Nasreddin Hodja:

A massive lock stands at the gate, yet the entire perimeter lies open...

Knowing that Satan will focus his efforts precisely there, Allah warns believers to be vigilant regarding their right side:

“O mankind! Indeed, the promise of Allah is true. Let not the worldly life deceive you! And let not the Great Deceiver (Satan and those like him) deceive you concerning Allah!” (Fatir, 35/5)

“They took their oaths as a shield and hindered [people] from the way of Allah. Therefore, a humiliating punishment awaits them.” (Al-Mujadila, 58/16)

Having established this point, let us now turn to the turning point in Islamic history and our assessment of why, in light of that shift, focusing on the "right side" is of greater importance.

In the history of Islam, the person who inflicted the greatest damage upon the system established by the Prophet (peace be upon him)—built over twenty-three years under the guidance of the Quran—was Muawiyah ibn Abi Sufyan.

It was Muawiyah ibn Abi Sufyan who—opposing the legitimate Caliph Ali (r.a.)—first utilized the blood-stained shirt of Uthman (r.a.), and later, upon realizing he would be defeated at Siffin, mounted pages of the Quran onto the tips of spears to use them as a shield (cf. Al-Mujadila, 58/16).

By violating the agreement he had signed with Hasan (r.a.), he established a dynastic rule—an innovation (*bid'ah*) that I consider the greatest in Islamic history.

By recruiting three other highly intelligent Arabs to his inner circle, Muawiyah ibn Abi Sufyan sowed the initial seeds of using the Quran and religion as a political tool or shield through "demagoguery and sophistry."

Through this sordid legacy he left behind and institutionalized, he caused the "right side" of believers—those who fail to act with due caution—to remain vulnerable.

From that day to the present, the "right side" of Muslims has remained their weakest flank—the side where they are constantly scored against by Satan.

Most Muslims resemble the description Said Nursi applied to Dervish Vahdeti and his followers:

"Sensitive regarding religion, yet weak in rational judgment."

Satan continues to land punches on the Muslims' right flank—striking them where they are most vulnerable—by repeating, century after century, the historic success he achieved through the agency of Muawiyah ibn Abi Sufyan.

Muslims must fortify themselves on all fronts—guided by the Quran—against the stratagems of Satan and his allies, who attack from every direction; yet, they must pay particular attention to their right flank.

For Satan has devised numerous "scoring opportunities" targeting that specific side.

Above all, they must steer clear of the virus of "Muawiyah-ization."
